Geneva Greene is a passionate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) facilitator and educator. Inspiration and empowerment are core to her approach to speaking. She takes the audience on a journey that motivates action. Geneva believes in helping the audience discover the power within to positively shape their realities. Geneva leads Sprouts Consulting, a DEI consulting firm, as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer. Geneva currently teaches DEI in Communications for Georgetown University’s Masters in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. She spent more than 13 years working in corporate america with a fortune 100 company. Geneva earned bachelors degrees in Sociology and Public Relations from the University of Georgia. She completed an MBA with Marketing and International concentrations at Southern Methodist University and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Geneva is pursuing a Ph.D. in Communications, Culture and Media Studies at Howard University.
